Celestial Delay
Some delays are like crop circles…we love how they go round and round, but we have no idea how they got that way. Let Rocktron’s Celestial Delay take your imagination to another dimension with great sound that will please every style of guitar player.

Buy Online

The Celestial Delay provides over 1 second of delay time in a classic analog design that mimics the retro analog tape delays of yesteryear without the hiss and noise. You get smooth and seamless time shifting and regeneration. No stuttering here with smooth delay time control shifting. You can even create the classic “flying saucer” effect with ease, free of glitches found with most other delays.Rocktron has provided a short/fast delay selector switch and a Multiplier selector switch which allows you to choose whether or not to double the delay length previously chosen.Part of the Rocktron Boutique Series of stomp boxes this pedal design comes in a rugged metal chassis with eye popping retro custom design laser etched artwork.Controls include VOLUME which selects the amount of delay mixed with the original signal source. REGENERATION controls how many echo repeats are created. TIME controls the Delay Time dependent on the Delay Length and Multiplier settings. The Delay Length setting selects either (FAST) short delay range or (SLOW) long delay range. The Multiplier setting, when out, doubles the Delay Length chosen previously. The Celestial Delay is easy to use and not a complicated stomp box, yet delivers a powerful, great sounding delay. You will be impressed!Delay pedals usually sound better when placed after distortion, so if you are using a distortion pedal, place the Celestial Delay after the distortion pedal in the signal chain. If you are using your amplifier’s distortion, try putting the Celestial Delay in the effects loop section of the amplifier, (following the instructions in your amp manual when using the effects loop). For distorted rhythm playing, set the Celestial Delay to a short delay length, the delay volume low and the regeneration level low. For distorted lead playing, set the Celestial Delay for a longer delay length and bump up the delay volume and the regeneration level to your taste. For country picking type delay, set the delay length to short, and bump up the delay volume and regeneration levels slightly to create a perfect country slapback effect. The footswitch on the Celestial Delay controls On/Off status (indicated by the LED). This stomp box runs on a 9V Alkaline battery. You may also use the Rocktron DC OnTap Universal Power Adaptor.

A Journey into a land where distortion rules, and the opportunity to slay the dragon will allow you to reap incredible tonal rewards!

Rocktron’s Silver Dragon is a unique distortion unit that combines the best of both worlds – tube and analog solid state distortion! For that tube sound you love, the Silver Dragon rams a 12AX7.

Here is where you AWAKEN the beast and drive the tube sound.
Yes, the control is actually called “Awaken”. SHREIK controls the treble while ROAR provides low end control. FIRE handles the initial distortion drive level of the 12AX7.The second made, called SLAYER, features a mixed-in combination of the 12AX7 distortion with the solid state distortion driving the tube together.

For that tube sound you love, the Silver Dragon rams a 12AX7. Here is where you AWAKEN the beast and drive the tube sound.
You’ll be hard pressed to find a better distortion device than the Silver Dragon, and you’ll have the ability to cross over into both worlds – tube and solid state. This is a unique stomp box format that utilizes a 13-Volt AC adaptor to drive the beast. The Silver Dragon allows you to have three modes – Clean, Crunch and Lead. Hints and tips provided in the instruction manual help you take advantage of the wide range of voicings, and define “character” and “feel” found in many expensive tube.

Voodu Valve On-Line

Voodu Valve On-Line

(Tube Driven Programmable 24-Bit DSP Guitar
Preamp With Effects)

Announcing the newVooDu Valve On-Line, featuring
presets that were created by “real world” Rocktron VooDu Valve owners, including
popular artists like Gary Hoey, Neil Zaza, and more. These presets were submitted to us by
VooDu Valve owners from all over the world and are found in our revolutionary Patch Bay. the worlds first
downloadable presets for guitar players!
The VooDu Valve™ is the first preamp in Rocktron
history to combine our world renowned DSP effects processing with tube technology. The
VooDu will define new standards, giving you the warmth and clarity of your favorite old
“plexi” or “pre-CBS” combo in a convenient single-rack package. What
makes the VooDu Valve unique is that you can choose “high” and “low”
tube gain selections depending on how much tube break-up you want for your application. If
you want an ultra-clean tone with a sharp edge and minimal distortion, select
“low” tube gain presets. If your tone requires a tinge of dirt, dial up
“high” tube gain selections and run minimal digital distortion to get natural
medium-saturated tones reminiscent of a maxed out half stack. And for you
“gain-heads”, run “high” tube gain with digital clipping…you have to
hear this!
The preamp section also contains many totally usable
features such as Variac, Triode, Pentode and Solid State voicings. With a four band full
parametric post EQ section and comprehensive pre EQ section, you will never run into a
dead-end when EQing your presets (as you will with bargain preamps). The possibilities are
endless. – effects on the VooDu Valve will not wash out your tone or leave you waiting
while switching presets. They sound amazingly close to many of your favorite analog pedals
without the hassle. Effects include two-tap chorusing, dual- mode phaser, two-tap flanger,
compression, frequency programmable wah-wah, tremolo, reverb, echo-like delay featuring
unique tap tempo mode, pitch shift, and HUSH® noise reduction placed after the preamp and
before the effects where it should be, (no noise reduction after the effects as you find
with cheaper, noisier preamps).
Of course, the VooDu Valve is studio and stage ready with
XLR balanced outs (with level control) and 1/4″ outs. Speaker simulation is taken to
an art form on this preamp since it provides parameters for techniques commonly used by
sound engineers, including mic placement, speaker size selection and our patented
Reactance parameter. All MIDI functions have been employed including eight parameter
continuous control and mapping. Plug into our new All Access® foot controller and many
new time-saving MIDI extras will come to light, such as pre-assigned effect controller
on/off functions, boost option and titles that automatically transfer from the VooDu Valve
to the All Access.
Specifications:
Input impedance 470K ohms, output impedance
<150 ohms, maximum input/output level +20dBu, MIDI in 7 pin DIN, power requirements
9VAC 3400mA, dimentions 19″ x 1.75″ x 7″, UL and CSA approved operation

Guitar virtuoso Mike Orlando has teamed up with Rocktron to produce a unique new wah pedal, the Rocktron Mike Orlando Signature Wah.

Working with Mike, Rocktron developed three custom voiced settings for the Signature Wah, with the Classic setting with its “vintage” wah effect being the most used by Orlando. The Normal setting provides a more modern frequency sweep. The Bass setting is not only ideal for seven string guitars (as well as bass guitars), but also provides a new dimension to the standard wah effect on regular six string guitars.

A wah “Mix” control allows the user to mix any amount of wah effect to the direct signal. When turned full to the “Wah” side, the wah effect is 100% in the signal. When turned to the “Clean” side, the wah effect is at the minimum amount of the mix. With the control at 12 o’clock, the wah effect and dry signal are at 50/50 mix.

This mix feature is specifically designed for a more expressive use of the wah, other than simple “wah-wahing”, as it allows the player to add higher frequencies and lower frequencies to the overall tone, thus allowing the player to use it rhythmically as well rather than just for solo use.

The Mike Orlando signature wah contains an easy access battery compartment. The Rocktron DC OnTap Universal Power Supply can also be used to power the wah.

Like other Rocktron wah pedals, the Mike Orlando Signature Wah is stage ready. An adjustable rocker tension screw is provided that allows you to adjust the action for a lighter or heavier “touch”.

Reaction Distortion II
Get ready for ultra heavy distortion, plus a focus factor that will rock your world.

Some like it heavier than others, and the Rocktron Reaction Distortion II pedal takes it to that higher level of heavy. This is distortion and gain with a unique voice that is controllable and adjustable.Gain is the hallmark of the Reaction Distortion II. A highly adjustable and dynamic EQ allow you to dial in that specific tone. The main EQ consists of a dual BASS and TREBLE control. We’ve provided a high range of sweep on these two controls.Next, take a look at what is possible with the FOCUS control to cut through on stage and shine through even the muddiest live mix. The FOCUS control brings you and your instrument front and center like never before! The awesome FOCUS control adjusts the symmetry of the distortion, causing the sound to “jump” out of your amp!Other control knobs for the Reaction Distortion II include DRIVE, which controls the amount of distortion drive you desire. LEVEL controls the output volume of the Reaction Distortion II. BASS (outer control) provides low-end frequency sweep. TREBLE (inner control) handles the high-frequency sweep.Like all Rocktron Reaction Series pedals, the Reaction Distortion II is built into a rugged metal slim form factor chassis, taking up as little space as possible on your pedalboard. The Reaction Distortion II is a TRUE BYPASS pedal: when you turn it off, it is out of your signal path! The footswitch for the Reaction Distortion II controls On/Off status as shown by the LED indicator. Reaction stomp boxes run on a 9V Alkaline battery, or may also be powered by Rocktron’s DC OnTap Universal Power Supply adaptor.

Reaction HUSH
Got hiss? Get HUSH! It’s Rocktron’s acclaimed noise reduction for guitarists, now in a compact package that takes up less space on your pedal board.

Buy Online

You asked, and now you receive. The Reaction HUSH, when used properly, will wipe out hiss, unwanted feedback and pickup buzz. The Reaction HUSH pedal delivers 65dB of signal cleanup, while your music signal integrity remains unaffected. In other words, get rid of the noise without altering your tone!Guitar Player Magazine wrote that a “HUSH pedal will work for all guitar-related noise problems: it’s perfect” and “its potent noise-killing abilities will be fully appreciated.”Rocktron’s Reaction Series pedals are built into a rugged metal slim form factor chassis, taking up as little space as possible on your pedal board. The Reaction HUSH is a TRUE BYPASS pedal: when you turn it off…it is out of your signal path!Plug the Reaction HUSH in AFTER distortion boxes, wahs, noisy vintage effects, or other noisy units and turn the THRESHOLD control knob until the noise goes away. It’s that easy! Unlike noise “gates” that chop off the end of your notes, or ruin your sustain, the Reaction HUSH is actually a form of single-ended noise reduction that tracks your signal all the way and pushes the noise floor down below the point where your ear can hear the noise. The Reaction HUSH will not alter your sustain or chop the end of your notes. Simply use the Threshold knob to smooth out your signal while saying goodbye to noise forever! Here’s more HUSH tips: For maximum noise reduction results, place the Reaction HUSH after your distortion and modulation effects (chorus, flanger, phaser, etc.) but before any delay or reverb effects. If you are already comfortable rolling back your guitar’s volume pot, simply turn your distortion and other effects in the chain before the HUSH to “ON”, roll back your volume pot, adjust the HUSH Threshold control to remove any hiss you hear, and you are ready to go!Make sure you pay attention to the proper setup by placing the Reaction HUSH AFTER your noisy stomp boxes or in your amp’s effects loop. The Reaction HUSH is NOT designed to take the input directly from your guitar WITHOUT some processing happening between the guitar and the noise reduction. When setup correctly, with your signal going from your preamp and effects, or from your distortion and effects, into the Reaction HUSH, you will love how it cleans up the excess noise, including pickup buzz! The Reaction HUSH can also be used in your amplifier’s effects loop. However, if you are running multiple effects through this loop, the HUSH should always be the last dynamic device in the signal chain, but before digital delays or reverbs. The Reaction HUSH will give you the same great HUSH noise reduction used by thousands of high profile artists for years! Add true bypass and the Reaction HUSH becomes a great addition to any pedal board. The footswitch on the Reaction HUSH controls On/Off status as shown by the LED indicator. Reaction stomp boxes run on a 9V Alkaline battery, or may also be powered by Rocktron’s DC OnTap Universal Power Supply adaptor.
